Kyotaro is distinguished by its pop-up monitor rolling mechanism (Patent Pending) which allows for easy one-touch rotation of the monitor and front parts as one unit. Control panel is to Aero City specifications common with many cabinets of the era. Debuted with the name simply as 'Kyotaro'. The 'Deluxe' subtitle was added into promotional material after the release of the 29in model, Kyotaro 29, which did not feature the monitor rolling mechanism.
