Sync source taken from composite video from the console
Sync output on pin 13, 5V TTL level

Cautions
Not intended for use with the PS2 or PS3 (see the PS2 dongle).
Some HDMI-modded PS1 units may not supply enough current on the 5V pin of the AV out, causing sync drops.
Does not upscale or change the timing. Only for use with scalers like the RetroTINK-4K.
